Shipping with product inspection
After ordering, we will contact you to specify the method and price of delivery. After shipping, we will inform you the tracking ID for the item.
Upon delivery of the goods, check its completeness and presence of defect. Send us a photo of the defect. If there is a defect, you can send the goods to us. We will refund the cost of the item. Shipment of goods at the buyer’s expense.
Payment & returns
Our shop works with 100% advance payment of goods. When shipping to Russia it is possible to pay upon receipt. Return of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt. Payment for return shipping is at the expense of the recipient.
Before sending the goods, please send us an email with a description of the reason for the return and specify the address and method of delivery. After sending, please let us know the parcel ID for tracking.
